Labour Market According to In-Class Ichino

Yesterday it was released as a primer on the "Corriere di Pietro Ichino an interesting comment on the imminent restructuring of the labor market. There
same place the whole article, scanned from the printed version.
As you can see the steps that I considered most important were highlighted, as a student old vice ever lost, alas.
not have much to add to the comment made by Ichino, except that I have always supported, whereas the so-called "precarious" a resource and not a constraint to development, certainly things you can improve (for example by excluding companies to conclude contracts in a continuous and repetitive to the bitter end), but these new forms of work are largely used by those who do not work continuously (I personally am a student, the weekend is just a waiter, not far from what takes Ichino for example) that would otherwise be forced to work "in black," hidden in the informal economy, which I think is already too much.

The fact, then, that the data show that the proportion of temporary workers is not rising fully respects my personal experience: after a certain period and after proving your real value (without which, alas, not going anywhere) any manager or entrepreneur who is deeply interested is to formalize the relationship so that we can establish a solid and reliable to start with one of many projects.
pity that the Left should be much more attentive to the world of work ignores all these signals that make you go on the journey undertaken.
