under the measures of energy and environmental policy, the 2007 Budget provides for an extension until 2010 of the deduction of 55% of the costs the energy upgrading of existing buildings. be eligible for the tax partnerships, general partnership, limited partnerships and family businesses (Article 5 of tiur 917/1986). deductions will apply to all interventions aimed at reducing energy consumption such as: replacement of space heating systems with boilers with condensation (for masssima deduction of € 30 thousand), interventions on structures opaque vertical windows including frames and structures opaque horizontal (€ 60 thousand), installation of solar panels (€ 60 thousand) and upgrading the energy efficiency of existing buildings (€ 100 thousand)
